This book was really hard to finish. It desperately needs an editor. There are way too many grammatical and punctuation errors throughout. Sometimes the author would be talking about two different characters, but only use 'he' or 'him' to describe both. I couldn't figure out which one she was talking about. She also jumped locations and times without warning.... not even a space between paragraphs to give us a hint there was a change.

There were too many mundane details to wade through. Do I really need to know what kind of blush and eye shadow she put on? Simply stating that she put on her makeup would have been enough.

I did finish the book, but I skipped A LOT of paragraphs and sometimes even whole pages to get to the dialogue. I do not recommend.

I made it a few pages in before I realized a few things 1- The thoughts and story line are all over the place making it hard to follow. 2- Is not a clean book and I don't read trashy novels...so I stopped and deleted it.
I took the Best friend boyfriend theory as a free gamble read when placed up as free on here a few months ago. I finally got round to reading it one morning and read pretty much the whole book but a couple of chapters in one day. I couldn't put it down. I'm not a chick flick fan. Not at all. There is something about the way laura writes even when I disliked the main character at points in the book I kind of felt for the character, almost to the point where I felt I knew her as a real person. The characters are believable and so is the story line. For a chick flick I'm not regretting the read. The ending was not expected which really threw me off guard. My 4 stars are given for surprise ending and believable characters and plot PLUS a must read for these lazy sunning afternoons )
I love this book. I've read it over ten times. Does anyone know if there is a part 2?!
